By changing the method of processing millets, more nutritious food can be made available to women and children. During the 2nd Annual Forum of the Food and Nutrition Security Community in August 2007 the Hunger Solution, Jeypore and the Human Resource Development and Paddy Processing Research Centre (PPRC), Tanjavur collobarated to an exhibition on appropriate technologies for millet processing in tribal areas. The exhibit demonstrated the possibilities of obtaining nutritious food from millets.
