C. S. Reddy, a member of the Microfinance Community and his organization APMAS in Hyderabad used inputs from the Community in their work. In October 2007 they issued a publication titled “SHG Federations in India ” during the Microfinance India Conference in New Delhi.
 
Several practitioners procured a copy of the publication during the conference. In the report, APMAS acknowledged and thanked the members of the Microfinance Community for their generous contribution to the issues raised by APMAS on the Solution Exchange forum. Mr. Reddy conveyed that the outcome of the discussion on Solution Exchange was most useful to APMAS in bring out the publication. APMAS was also happy that the Microfinance Community had printed the Consolidated Reply on “SHG Federations as Vehicles of Social Change.
