K. Rajasekharan from Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA) posted a query on the Decentralization and ICTD Communities asking members opinions on the pros and cons of using the Wiki technology to create an “encyclopedia” on decentralization in India, received numerous responses, including a member from the Ministry of Panchayati Raj.  Members overwhelmingly supported the idea and highlighted how application of information technologies can more efficiently disseminate information.
