Welcome to Solution Exchange for the Work and Employment Community in India
We are a group of professionals from a wide range of organizations and perspectives who are dedicated to addressing challenges faced by practitioners engaged in reducing poverty in India through promoting gainful, high-quality work and employment opportunities.

The Work and Employment Community is co-facilitated by ILO and UNDP, and is moderated by a Resource Team comprised of Ms. Ranu Bhogal, Resource Persion and Warisha Yunus, Research Associate. We would like to encourage members to continue to come up with new ideas and suggestions to make the Community more vibrant and valuable. We therefore urge you to communicate with us and with each other, because we all know no relationship can survive lack of communication.
