A group of people coming together in a state of presence generates a collective field of great intensity. It not only raises the degree of presence of each member of the group but also helps to free the collective human consciousness from its current state of mind dominance. - Eckhart Tolle
Dear Friends,
Thank you for your overwhelming support. The 2nd Annual Forum was a hit, and it has given us the belief that what started with a nice idea in 2005 has now taken a concrete shape. We are growing at an astonishing rate of almost 20 members per week, and your scale of participation in the discussions has thrown a challenge to many knowledge management theorists.
The time has come to shift gears and we need to put the knowledge into practice. Now we will be working extensively on creating usable products based on your experience, comments and suggestions, especially what was presented during the 2nd Annual Forum. So please send in your ideas on making these discussions into tangible products for various audiences. Some example are already in discussion like – action research, advocacy documents, ‘how to’ rosters, reference documents, publications etc. Many more are possible and we need to work on that.
In one of our previous communications, we mentioned the idea of Newsletter for our community – are you interested to be a part of it? Send in your ideas how. The collective wisdom is here to stay.
Best Wishes,
Meghendra Banerjee & Deeksha Sharma Resource Team, Solution Exchange
