Solution Exchange has a diverse range of activities around knowledge management. The 13 Communities of Practice, facilitated by respective resource teams, run e-discussions to source, organize and re-distribute tacit and evidence-based knowledge from their specific network of practitioners. Each community periodically holds workshops and seminars to facilitate knowledge creation, sharing and networking. The communities add value to the e-discussions by bringing out specialized publications based on their content, or conduct joint research on the basis of the information in these discussions. The communities contribute to the collaborative development and execution of policies, programmes, manuals and other documents.
